Our founders bring experience in leadership, strategy, and operational excellence—combined with a structured, predictable transition process and clear, reliable collaboration. We understand the challenges of mid-sized software companies and act as partners on equal footing—with a clear focus on stability, growth, and sustainable success.
Christian Reifberger leads the sector for knowledge, culture, and social software and is also responsible for Via Unita’s operations in Austria. Additionally, he is the operational managing director of LITTERA Software & Consulting GmbH, a leading provider of archival, library, and literature management software in the DACH region.
Previously, he held various leadership positions in the banking software industry. In his last role as department head, he was responsible for establishing a new business unit in the energy sector.
Christian studied Software Engineering at FH Hagenberg and has extensive expertise in business development, strategic business growth, and software architecture.
Georg Wachter is the managing director of Via Unita Software GmbH and also serves as the operational managing director of Software24.com GmbH.
Previously, he worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, serving leading organizations in Europe and the USA in high-tech industries (software, semiconductors, sensors, industrial automation, automotive, telecommunications) and along the construction and real estate value chain, focusing on new business models, cloud, and digital transformation.
Georg holds a PhD in Physics from TU Vienna and the Max Planck Institute for Quantum Optics in Garching. He developed simulation software and used distributed computing to study the dynamics of chemical bonds in solids at the intersection of materials science and nonlinear optics.

Ivan Vučković leads finance and business development at Via Unita.
Previously, he worked at McKinsey & Company, advising global companies on corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions. He also worked as a private equity analyst for the DACH region at Gain.pro and as an analytical consultant for mobile gaming at Google.
Ivan studied economics with a focus on finance at the University of Oxford, the University of St. Gallen, the Vienna University of Economics and Business, and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
Jonas Schwarz is responsible for the construction and real estate sector at Via Unita.
Previously, he advised companies on operational excellence at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
He is currently pursuing a Doctor in supply chain and logistics at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. His academic journey took him to the ESCP Business School and WU Vienna, where he studied business, as well as to the University of Vienna, where he focused on Sinology.
Outside of work, he enjoys good food, exciting travels, and inspiring conversations.
