RELIABLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
Software for real estate management
Software24.com GmbH from Stephanskirchen, Bavaria, near Rosenheim, supports around 5,000 property managers in the DACH region with its real estate management software, Win-CASA. The solution offers comprehensive features from service charge accounting to CRM and cloud integration. Since joining the group in 2021, the external successor management has focused on increasing brand awareness through online marketing and SEO, as well as expanding the development team. The current focus is on further developing the cloud version and integrating new partner solutions.
WAREHaus GmbH offers the “easy” suite—an intuitive software for private landlords and mid-sized property managers. The solution is particularly valued by numerous Haus & Grund associations. Since joining the group, the external successor managing director has standardized and digitally optimized business processes, strengthening the support team and achieving greater reach through enhanced content marketing and a revamped website. The current focus is on launching a technically revamped version.
KeyLogic GmbH from Eschborn develops a flexible CAFM solution for facility managers, covering space management, maintenance, and energy monitoring. Since the internal succession, the focus has shifted to sales, particularly through increased trade fair appearances and participation in tenders. Current priorities include ESG reporting and IoT integrations to manage properties more sustainably.
BUILDING ON OUR CONSTRUCTION SOFTWARE
Software for the construction industry
Voigt Software und Beratung AG from Ilsfeld offers specialized software solutions for developers, project managers, and LPG suppliers. With its ERP software IMKE, Voigt supports the commercial management of construction projects, while OLGA provides a tailored solution for the LPG trade. The internal successors are currently focusing on migrating legacy systems to the modern IMKE platform and transforming OLGA into a future-proof energy solution through cloud technology.
DATEX Software GmbH from Karlsruhe develops AMADEUS, a comprehensive software solution for developers that covers everything from cost estimation and project management to billing. Since joining the group, online marketing and SEO efforts have been significantly expanded to increase visibility among potential clients. Internal business processes have been further digitized, allowing for more structured lead management. The development process has also been optimized to implement complex customer requirements more efficiently. The ongoing transition to a modern software stack remains a key focus.
MWM Software & Beratung GmbH from Bonn specializes in software solutions for quantity surveying, construction billing, and GAEB data exchange. The company is particularly known for MWM-Libero, a leading solution for digital quantity surveying, and MWM-Pisa, a platform for GAEB conversion. Since joining the group, the established team, including the original managing directors, has continued on its successful path. The focus is on further developing Aufmaß365, the cloud-based solution for mobile quantity surveying, and continuously improving existing products.
Teamsware GmbH from Munich offers a digital construction file solution seamlessly integrated into Microsoft Teams, enabling efficient collaboration for construction companies, developers, and public authorities. Since joining the group, Teamsware has continued to grow rapidly, with annual growth rates in the mid-double-digit percentage range. The collaboration between the former owner and the successor managing director focuses on three core areas: structuring the sales process and optimizing customer onboarding for closer support, continuously developing the product through close collaboration with key clients like MAX BÖGL, and significantly strengthening the team through intensive recruiting and structured onboarding to support growing demand and further product expansion.
DIGITIZING SCHOOLS AND LIBRARIES
Software for libraries
LITTERA Software & Consulting GmbH, based in Hall in Tirol and Munich, is a leading provider of library management solutions in Austria and Germany. LITTERA’s solutions are used in thousands of libraries and schools, helping librarians efficiently manage their collections and digitize processes. The external successor management focuses on optimizing the product for larger clients, which has recently led to the acquisition of several major key accounts. At the same time, the existing cloud product LITTERARe is being continuously expanded to cover modern library use cases, such as an event module. Another key focus is the gradual migration of existing customers from the widely used on-premise solution LITTERA LW to the new cloud platform, providing a flexible, future-proof solution for libraries of all sizes.
filmwerte GmbH, based in Potsdam, develops and operates digital products and services related to film. With filmfriend, it offers the leading streaming service for libraries, featuring a carefully curated selection of European and world cinema, high-quality children’s films, and documentaries. A major focus is on international expansion: while strong market positions have been established in Austria and Switzerland, filmwerte has gained its first clients and partnerships in several other European countries. Since 2024, the streaming service has also been available in the USA and Canada, making further expansion and programming for these promising regions a central focus.
